MIAMI, October 20, 2022 – Onx, an advanced technology led, fully-integrated home building company, today announced its plans for expansion in the Miami-Dade region with two new neighborhoods, On Grandville and On Alba, which are scheduled to be delivered in 2023. The Company’s two new neighborhoods will deliver more than 300 additional housing units in a matter of months, with On Alba featuring 137 beautifully designed single-family homes, while On Grandville will have 165 townhomes.
The announcement follows the successful debut of its inaugural two neighborhoods, On Aurora and On Redlands, which were both built during its first year of operations. Utilizing its proprietary technology X+ Construction and coordinated construction systems, Onx delivered more than 300 homes across the two locations, with On Aurora featuring 142 single family homes all under contract, and On Redlands with 175 townhomes that are sold out.

To enable the construction of hundreds of homes with speed and precision, Onx is launching two advanced design technology factories in the South Florida region, which utilize the Company’s proprietary X+ Construction systems to create and assemble a majority of the core elements needed to build a home in weeks instead of months.
The Onx Pod Factory, located in Florida City, produces fully assembled bathroom units that can be installed directly on site. These pods are complete with every amenity already installed and space for utility connections, creating efficiencies that dramatically cut down on the time and cost it takes to build some of the most complex elements of a new construction home. The Company is also in the process of completing a second factory location in Pompano expected to open in early 2023. The Pompano factory will use a fully automated system to create high-quality concrete walls, staircases and ceilings, made from the company’s proprietary concrete walls+ material, which is insulated with high-grade, sustainable materials resulting in a durable and reliable product.
Once fully operational, these two coordinated construction systems will give Onx the ability to build approximately 1,000 homes a year, in the South Florida region, putting the Company in a unique position to capitalize on the intense demand for new housing.
